Shipping:

All orders ship from the USA

Processing Time: We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders are shipped within 2–5 business days, but the timeframe may vary, unless otherwise noted. Each item is made on-demand and custom by hand for that specific order. Once your order is processed, your order will then ship out via the shipping method you select at checkout. Please note processing time does not include transit/shipping time.

Transit Time:  This may vary based on your location, typically between 3-5 business days from the time of shipment.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Billing:

We are happy to accept all major credit cards & other forms of payment at checkout. All items/orders must be paid in full before they are sent out.

Refund Policy:

We want you to love your Warrior Girl products and experience. If for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 30-day return window to create a return.

Return instructions can be found at the end of this page.

We do our absolute best to give you the most accurate details concerning our products. It's our goal to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Warrior Girl. Each item is processed to your specific wants and needs (color of garment, size of garment, as well as the design). This also ensures each item you receive is brand new and never used.

Choose your sizing and color/design carefully before placing an order.

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Warrior Girl offers a free refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using Contact Us form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Please note that Warrior Girl will not be held responsible and will not offer free refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, pattern, item or color. In this case, the Return Policy applies. See Return Policy below.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a partial refund or reprint with an extra charge.

There is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Please compare your body measurements with the size charts on each garment page prior to placing an order. If you decide not to measure yourself accurately, we cannot be responsible for inaccurate sizing. If you have ANY questions at all about sizing, please message us BEFORE purchasing, and we will try to help you out as best as we can.

In some circumstances, an exchange may be necessary or desired. To best handle these situations, we offer a no-hassle policy. Notify us within 30 days of receipt that there is an issue and if it is our issue, we will get it fixed at absolutely no charge or inconvenience to you. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy:

To request cancellation, please click on the order in your account, please contact us by email - info@warriorgirlshop.com. There is not guarantee we are able to cancel the order if you do not email us by 11:59pm EST(USA) the day of your order, this means that the order has already entered the production process and will be unable to cancel the order.

Return Policy:

Returns due to Wrong Item Received, Damaged or Manufacturing Error:

We gladly accept returns (at no return shipping cost to you) for both refunds and exchanges in the case of a wrong item received, damaged product or a manufacturing error, Warrior Girl offers a free exchange or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Please get in touch with our team using the Contact Us form and provide a clear photo showing one of the following issues:

  1. You received the wrong item
  2. You received a damaged or faulty item

Returns due to Ordered Wrong Size, Color or Changed Mind:

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day window of product delivery if you (customer) ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind but in this case, return shipping costs will apply.

Note the following:

  • For domestic US customers, the label cost will be deducted automatically from the product(s) you are returning).
  • For international customers shopping on our US store, we have instructions for self-shipping using the courier of your choice. Please get in touch by emailing us at info@warriorgirlshop.com.
  • If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes.
  • If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
  • Once you return had been delivered please allow our team 15-20 business days to inspect & process your return/exchange. In the case your return has not been processed within that timeframe, please email in & our team will handle your return immediately!
  • By requesting to return items, you are verifying that you have (1) received the items selected to return and (2) intend to return the selected items. 
  • Any returns that are delivered back to us outside of 45 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact us at info@warriorgirlshop.com if your return is delayed unexpectedly.
  • If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 5-7 business days. (Please be aware that after two consecutive returns, if your item still violates the return policy, it will be donated on your behalf)  

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  1. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  2. The item(s) have been worn or washed or put through a dryer.
  3. The item(s) have been altered in any way.
  4. Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
  5. Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
  6. Items with piling may be subject to denial.
  7. Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
  8. Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
  9. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
  10. The item(s) are part of a replacement order from a previous exchange.
  11. The item(s) were a Final Sale item. Any items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items discounted less than 30% are welcome to be returned within our 30-day window.
  12. We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any water bottles, face masks, underwear, bodysuits, or socks for hygiene reasons.
  13. Swimwear can be returned, if the original liner is still attached. If the liner is detached, we cannot accept any returns (both refunds and exchanges) for these pieces due to hygiene reasons.
